You know what drives me crazy: How oblivious a lot of white people are to the racism that exists, sometimes unconsciously, in our society and how they interact with us.
This summer, I’m working at a summer camp as a counselor. The staff is split nearly half and half of blacks and whites. Some if these white coworkers of mine… Smh
